All parcels are sent via Royal Mail's Signed and Tracked service. Orders will arrive within 2-6 business days of your order being placed. Tracking information is available once your order has been dispatched and you as the customer are responsible for arranging any missed deliveries with Royal Mail. We ship worldwide. Please note all our shipping times are approximate.

Since all our products are made to order we only offer exchange or store credit. If you'd like to return your order a return form will be included with your delivery, please complete the form and send it back to the specified address. Once we receive your return, we'll send either a replacement order or store credit code, based on your selection on the return form. Please ensure that your return reaches us within 28 days of when your received the initial delivery.
